Why are all of the new emails (for non-existing contacts) showing the same name as the sender?

Seems like something might be off either in the way emails reach Pipedrive or something else. Please check this with our official Support team via in-app chat or email [email protected] and share some screenshots from your account for them to further understand how things are displayed and they can verify if all is expected or if something needs changing.
