Activity Automation based on formula

I am looking to create automation for follow-ups on deals I have won.

For example, if the maturity date of their deal expires on December 15, 2023. I would like to create an automation that creates an activity to contact the client 180 days before the expiry date.

Is this possible, if not, any suggestions on what to do to get to that result?
