Fields not visible

Hello everyone!

Does anyone know why when I create a new user account, even though I have all the permissions, I can't see the person's fields?

    Hi Maricarmen,

    It's probably because the fields are selected as below :

    And you have to click here to see al the fields :

    The problem is only with one account. I don't know why, since it has the same configuration as the others.
