How can I attribute automatically a deal owner?

Hi, our deals are today automatically created by a API in Pipedrive. I'm now looking for an automatization that would attribute each deal to a specific sales rep based on several criteria (value of the deal for example). How can I proceed? (I looked the knowledge base but didn't find a solution)
