    1. Add a custom field to Deal.
    2. When a meeting activity is completed, update the custom field.
    3. Filter based on this custom field.

    And for a historical data of 3000 deals?

    There is some easy way to reuse the data of existing activities?

    I need to find projects where my team forgot to schedule meetings.

    A one-time CSV import should help you update the historical data.
