"Long text" custom field: MARKDOWN support & better UI presentation

It would be great if the custom field "long text" would support basic MARDOWN formatting.

And because position of the title (fieldName) there is lot of unused white space. What about move the title simply above?

Before:

pipedrive--custom-field--longtext--01.jpg

After - space optimized, MARKDOWN support:

pipedrive--custom-field--longtext--02.jpg

Could this be implemented? We would be very pleased. And I think not only us. Users are more and more used to Markdown, and the longer the content of the "Text long" field, the more wasted space there is in the layout.

How about your UI and UX colleagues?
