Currently in project it is not possible to record timesheets, is this correct?

Is there any plans to develop a form for timesheet recording?

at the moment it is not possible. As far as I know there is something in the planning.

For now you could try toggl. https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/toggl-track-productivity/oejgccbfbmkkpaidnkphaiaecficdnfn

It should add tracking buttons in pipedrive.
