Can we get a custom email address that when it recieves an email, it opens a lead on the Leads Inbox?
We have had this feature in other CRMs and it makes it easier to get certain email notifications to open up a lead. It obviously wouldn't capture lead info but it opens up the opportunity on the leads list so we can capture it accordingly.
We get emails for pricing requests and for demo's booked all the time and it would be helpful to have those email notifications go straight to an email that opens up the lead.
