Mobile app

We would like to be able to use other mails than Icloud and Gmail in the mobile app. Is there a workaround for this?

    Hi there,

While Pipedrive's mobile app primarily integrates with iCloud and Gmail for email integration, you can still use other email providers with Pipedrive by forwarding your emails to either your iCloud or Gmail account. Here's a workaround:

    1. Forward Emails: In your non-iCloud/Gmail email account settings, set up email forwarding to either your iCloud or Gmail address. This means that any emails sent to your non-iCloud/Gmail address will be automatically forwarded to your chosen account.
    2. Connect iCloud/Gmail: In the Pipedrive mobile app, you can then connect your iCloud or Gmail account, which will now receive the forwarded emails.
    3. Send from Non-Gmail/iCloud: To send emails from your non-iCloud/Gmail email address within Pipedrive, use the "Send from Gmail" or "Send from iCloud" feature in the app. When composing an email, you can select your non-iCloud/Gmail address as the "From" address.

This way, you can manage and send emails from other email providers through the Pipedrive mobile app. It's not as direct as native integration, but it's a workaround that can help you access your emails within Pipedrive.

    Hope this helps! 😊👍
