Link email threads to Pipedrive via API
Can we please link email threads to Pipedrive deals via the API?
Many of our users prefer to use Gmail as it is much more robust and familiar, they use BCC, but replies don't appear in Pipedrive- and every follow up email has to be BCC'd again, instead of the thread being linked once and for all.
Additionally, we send out drip campaigns using dedicated tools but we're unable to see email responses in Pipedrive if we use BCC, so it's a very big Gap.
The roadmap for 2023 when it comes to email is incredible... Can we please have an API upgrade as well? Please...
(P.S. and if we could have email tracking for opens/links sent via external clients.. well- that would be incredible - but I guess that would need direct integration with those tools)
