Send text message by automation
To make our CRM more efficient, we would like to create some text message automation to our customers, as appointent reminder etc…

You can do this using 3rd party apps and Make/Integromat or Zapier.

Unfortunately, these workarounds won't always make sense and can be overly complex. Our company really needs a text solution native in our CRM. We really love Pipedrive but we won't be able to continue using this service because it doesn't have this option. There is also no option to activate a webhook based on an automation making it to where we can't just have a webhook do the work for us and use our own third party texting service and in addition to that, we can't add a custom button to easily click over to the text message in the third party app.
I am going to be trying out some of these apps but I may have to drop Pipedrive because of this which is really disappointing.

@Amit Sarda - Pipedrive Consultant - AmitSarda.xyz The top phone app listed on that list doesn't even integrate directly with Pipedrive? Open Phone isn't on the marketplace and doesn't have an integration for pipedrive.
