Automation hook to create follow up task to non-responded email
It would be great if it was possible to create an automation (or use any other feature) such that when I send an email through Pipedrive, if the contact doesn't respond within X days, it will create an open activity that will prompt me to follow up with the non-responsive prospect
Or thinking more expansively, a way to create cadences in Pipedrive.

Thanks @Sam Aparicio passing it along! In the meantime you could try to set up something with Zapier that maybe can see if there's been an update in the "last email received" field of a contact.

If Pipedrive will be able to do it, it should be charging to develop that. Our best next option is working with KLENTY.com, do not look further.

Hi @Campbell Packer_11887, I am currently using the journeys feature in Mailmodo for this. Still early days but I am able to cater to my use cases with MM.
