What's a useful feature you would like to see in calling solutions for Pipedrive?

Hello Pipedrivers!

What's a useful feature or thing you would like to accomplish with calling from Pipedrive that you feel no vendor out there does well?

    Of course each vendor has their own spin on how they do the feature and there's more vendors than the ones I listed here, and this is not a comparison, just a summary of what you asked for.

    But if you need SMS, list dialing or inbound you have lots of choices!

    What else would you like to see in calling solutions for Pipedrive?

    Native integration with Phoneburner.  There isn't a better, easy, faster, simpler power dialer in the market.  

    Love Pipedrive but it really lacks a good powedialer integration.  

    Right now we are using JustCall for normal making & receiving calls - it is OK for that and their support is excellent. We do have there powerdialer (need that level of service to integrate with Pipedrive) - but their powerdialer is horrible. It doesn't integrate well at all with pipedrive - for example when we get leads in most if not all leads have several phone numbers.  When you go to create a powerdialer campaign it will not upload all the phone numbers - even with custom mapping it will just take the first number and duplicate it.  This is a fatal flaw IMHO.

    Hi Stacey, you mention PhoneBurner and JustCall, two reputable telephony vendors.  To provide some more detail on what you mention:

    PhoneBurner currently does not have a homegrown integration with Pipedrive and relies on PieSync, a third-party vendor. 

    JustCall does have a Pipedrive integration but their focus has been on call logging and click to call, not on power dialing.

    As far as Ring.io goes, I can confirm that

    • It will add all the phone numbers of a contact, deal, company, lead, etc... just make sure that when you power dial all the phone fields are added as columns in the view.
    • It will work with Pipedrive's infinite scroll list loading, a problem that not all dialers have solved yet, so as you scroll down a list with hundreds or thousands of contacts, it will load into the dialer what you see and in the order that you see it.
