Hi! Does anyone know why when I try to integrate my mail I get this? Thanks!

    Hi @Karla GC , the most common reason is if you (or whoever manages your email account) declines to allow Google access to your Pipedrive account during the setup process. The email sync feature requires that you consent to Google to access Pipedrive. Otherwise email sync will not connect.
