mass delete to reduce email inbox?

If my goal is to speed up the email search time within Pipedrive by reducing the size of the almost 300,000 communications in inbox from the email account with 2-way sync with Outlook to Pipedrive, BUT I do not want to delete any emails associated with deals or contacts AND do not want to delete any emails on Outlook server, what are my options?

    Hi @TonyN

    Maybe our Support team is better to help in this question (contact via in-app chat or email support@pipedrive.com). One idea I have is to archive these emails in Pipedrive - then they will not be in the Inbix, but will still stay linked to the needed Deals.

    Thanks. I posed this question to support twice in the past without substantive response so that's why I reached out to see if there might be some other ideas here.

    I will check the archive idea. I am not familiar with that.
