Lead export to Excel not working

I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask, but when I try to export my Leads list to excel, it tells me the download is completed, but only a small fraction of the leads actually export. Is there a fix for this?

Hi, check if you have an active filter. Export process download info that matches active filter criteria

Thanks @jorgeeduardoj but there were no active filters on. 62,822 leads were supposed to be exported, but the export stopped at around 3,400. See the screenshots attached.
