JotForm authentication expiring every few weeks

Hi,

I've been using Pipedrive for about 2 months now and use JotForm for our lead forms. These integrate directly with Pipedrive to create new contacts when there's a form submission.

In the 2 months we've been using it, the authentication between jotform and pipedrive has expired. I get no notification whatsoever until one of my sales team mentions that suddenly theres no new leads in Pipedrive.

Anybody know what this is about? We were using Hubspot before and it never lost the connection a single time.

    Hey, @Nic!

    My suggestion in this case is to go through the installation flow once again (through here) and check if there wasn't a disconnection there.

    If that does not help, then I suggest reaching out to Jotform's support to understand if there are issues with the integration.
