Responsive images in WebForms (display on mobile devices)

Images within a PD WebForm should be responsive including the header image. Today a target group consists of a lot of user that use mobile devices to display content such as a PD Web Form.
The header of a Web From can be an image with resolution 480x160px. However, the image currently cuts on each side when the Web Form is opened on a mobile device.

I would suggest a forms solution for mobile devices.
Typeform is one solution that comes to mind.
