Organization Visibility

I need to set-up visibility for my team members so that they can look-up and see that an organization exists and is assigned to somebody else in Pipedrive but not be able to edit the organization or move the organization from that other person to themselves. I'm told this can't be done in Pipedrive. Is anyone aware of a workaround to accomplish this?
