Adding One new Org for Two mandatory fields without creating two orgs in our contacts

Hi Pipedrive team,

We have two org fields for our deals, one for the using org, and the other for the paying.

They could be different but are the same most of the time.

When we add a new org on the organization, it requires the field we have pre-set to require and makes a new org, which is normal workflow.

But for the our custom field, which is set to search for org, when we type in org name which does not exist, it shows the org is new, it will create if we press save, but do not require the mandatory fields for org and will create the separate org from the same org we just wrote above in the org field.

We would love to have a way to solve the problem. please help review on this point.
