The font size, Small, Normal, Big, etc. is quite a problem. I've been reading that this has been an issue for more than 2 years. I would like to have more options. All my professional emails must be written in Arial 12 but the only options available are 10, 13, 14.

    It is possible to have our won font sizes? eg 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12?

    Or is PipeDrive not capable fo such simple tasks?

    If it is not possible, will this be implemented befoe March 2024? (our renewal date)


    Also, is there any intention to implement basic formatting and CRM functions?


    I have serious concerns about using this CRM in a business.
