Is there a way to automatically loose a deal when a quote has expired.

Scenario: Our quote is valid for 30 days

1. We send out a quote reminder email a week after we sent it, and set up a follow up task (automation working and in use)
2. We send another email 3 days before a quote expires (automation working and in use)
3. We send out email when quote has expired and automatically loose the deal and set up a task (needs automation)

Do you store the quote expiration date somewhere?

If so, you can set this up using Make/Integromat.

If you don't, you can include it as part of the automation that sends the emails with the help of delay steps.
