Awesome ! 😁
Do you know if it will be also possible with Campaigns and workflows ?
Ex: Send an automated campaigns with workflows to a new lead and add the condition replied or not.

Great feature, thanks.

Can a condition be added to show if the email has been opened or not? It would be useful where it hasn't been opened, as I can send the email again a few days later with a different subject line etc.

Hi @Lucas MAGNE ! Currently this is not possible, but we have this need captured in our backlog though.

Thanks @Graham Cox_55849 !
We have considered this option, however, since the opening status might not accurate (due to the nature of how that mechanism) we decided to not make available to avoid unintended communications that could hurt the reputation when engaging with prospects/customers.

Thank you @esl ! Instant condition is the regular condition available at the moment. This example is from my personal account that has some future updates that will enable emails to be followed up as soon as it is replied (no need for delay step). I'll update the screenshot. Thank you for pointing it out.

You are welcome. I can't find where you can select a Condition where an email has been replied to?
I have an automation setup to send an automated campaign email. Then a delay. The next step would be the Condition to check for an email reply. However there is no email choice to select.

Hi @esl, this is capability is available only with the Send email using templates action and not with the Send campaign action.

Thanks for the explanation Nuno.

thanks for implementing this. It already makes email automations a bit better.
Since it is not yet possible to send emails in automatically in the same threat, do you have any tool recommendations, that can help us automate email outreach and track response rates etc?
Best
