How to sort and display "Choose columns field --> Visible" in the deals pipeline kanban view? Because "Choose columns field --> Visible" only works in list view, not in kanban view.

Ok, in the columns field that I have marked in red, numbers 1 and 2 are for Deal name and Company name. How can I change these column field for numbers 1 and 2 to Company name and Contact name? Also, how can I add another column field?
