Adding personalized 'time templates' into email scheduling option

When scheduling emails with PD, I program a lot to send out between 16:00-18:00 CET so they are arriving in the morning for US-based recipients.
Each time I do this, I have to manually edit the date and time via 'Custom date and time'. But most of the time, I just want to send an email 'tomorrow between 16:00-18:00'.
It would be great if we could create 'time templates' like we can create email draft templates.
Eg. Tomorrow at 17:00 CET (basic programming)
or 'Tomorrow any time between 15:30-18:00' (allow PD to choose a random time and avoid the emails going out at exactly the same time every time)
