Allow for a pre-set language option in the scheduler

Hi!

Currently, the scheduler automatically adopts the language of use in the region that corresponds to the IP-address that uses the scheduler. However, this excludes a substantial use case in which the local language is not the preferred language. In our company's case, we are based in the Netherlands but 95% of our clients are international and therefore do not master the Dutch language. Hence, showing them a Dutch interface puts them off, which is what we experience. This is a conversion killer and therefore it would be great if Pipedrive allowed for a pre-set language option in the scheduler. We can't imagine that we are the only ones that would benefit from this, as it would affect all businesses that do not necessarily adopt the local language.
