Assign to "Project Creator" option on Project Templates?

Our team is using the "Projects" for Account Management after we sign a deal. In the process, there are some components that technically live with the sales team (like scheduling a kickoff call), even thought the deal has been closed and we're now managing the relationship in a different "location" in Pipedrive (i.e the projects)

I can see that in the templates, we can assign them to a (static) person or to the "project owner". However, can we create the ability to assign a template step to the "project creator", regardless of who that person is?
