Email more than Deal Owner or Person associated with deal

Good Day,
I would like to have the automation function to send an email to the participants in the deal. This category exists on the deal and the data is there, I would like to be able to select the option when building an automation to be able to select from the participant list. This way I can send a deal to all of the people that are working on a project together. IE the leadership team is associated with the deal. But the automation only allows the selection for the deal owner or deal contact.
