Webform - upload file to existing lead

Hello.

Is there any solution to upload file to existing lead. I have a flow:

  • contact webform with name and email
  • send and email to person with some text and unique link to second form
  • second form - file field to upload a pdf

I don't want to create a new lead from second form. I want to upload a file to existing lead which is created already.

Is there any solution for this? With webform or another tool. I want to stay inside a system without api and additional rest apps

I will be grateful for the information.

    Unfortunately. the Pipedrive web forms can only be configured to create new leads/deals and can't be configured to update an existing lead/deal

    I'm afraid the only way I can think to do this would be to use a third-party form like Jotform (affiliate link) and then use Zapier to find and update the existing lead to add the attachment. Let me know if you need help setting this up.
