Where to start?

Chatbot appears on your website with a white frame. Pages with a non white background therefore cannot use it.
chatbot live chat is not available in the app but you can see the function in every video from pipedrive
webforms only work in light mode
you cannot upload your own fonts

I am wondering how anyone really thinks about paying for a unfinished feature.

These issues aren't a problem for me, but I will say the captcha tool settings are too light. I'm getting a lot of spam form submits.
