Is there going to be following features added in near future?

(1) Creating service tickets?
(2) Email marketing for B2B, current integrations from outfunnel and .... lack many features and come nowhere near to outreach.io and unfortunately Pipedrive does not have integration with outreach.io

Pipedrive is a great CRM but needs to pick up its pace since as organizations grow its need for ticketing and growing customers through email marketing and other mediums also increases.

Please advice the timeline if there are plans in such direction.

    1- I doubt it. Pipedrive is more sales driven.

    2- You can use other tools [outside of outreach.io] that do have strong integrations with pipedrive where you can achieve the same thing.

    I'm going to answer your question in parts, to keep it simple. 🙂

    I'm not 100% sure what's on your mind when you say "service tickets", but if your use case has to do with customer support ticketing I suggest you check out some of the integration we have in our Marketplace here. You can also search in other categories or directly for a particular tool. 

    You can use integration platforms to connect Pipedrive and Outreach.io. Here are some examples of integrations from tools contemplated in our marketplace:

    As for the second part of your question, for email marketing, you do have some applications that have tight integration with Pipedrive.

    • Send email campaigns to your own list of prospects and create contacts in Pipedrive based on their email engagement data
    • Send email campaigns only to specific Pipedrive contacts from within Pipedrive using our app panel
    • Create campaigns for every stage of your pipeline and start/stop them automatically when you move deals from one stage to another

    As far as I know, Outplay is the only outreach alternative that has multi-channel capabilities (emails, calls, texts) and has a bi-directional integration with Pipedrive. The rest like Outfunnel focus on email only.

    G2 reviewers think we are much easier to setup and use.

    In terms of features, our users really love creating workflow automations, using the built-in dialer and checking the outbound status of each prospect within Pipedrive. If you want to know more, they are detailed here.
