I set up a mini drip using workflow automation. It is triggered by updating a custom field to a specific value, then the automation sends 3 emails with delays in between.
How can I remove a contact from that workflow?
In this case, do you need to remove a specific Contact from the whole automation, or just stop it before the next delay step? Is it a known Contact person (Jane Doe) or fitting some other conditions?
