Hello PD, do we have a good integration with Five9? I have a prospect that has Five9 and needs this for Pipedrive. Or also Dialpad? Thanks!

    Hi @Suzy Stuchell , at the moment, there are no third-party integrations listed for either of those tools on our Pipedrive marketplace, nor are there plans for native integration. However, you have a couple of options:

    • You can reach out to Five9 and Dialpad directly to find out if they have any integration to Pipedrive from their side or if they could create it on demand for you
    • If you are a developer or have access to developer resources, you can create your solution with the help of our developer documentation here.

    Make (www.make.com) has integration modules for Pipedrive and Dialpad.

    None yet for Five9, but if you're familiar with APIs you can still interact with it using Make's HTTP module to call it.
