Using Pipedrive for Account management
What helpful content is there on using Pipedrive as an account management tool? Specifically, I want to be able to:
- Set F2F Meeting frequencies on customers (e.g. every 4 weeks they are due for a visit).
- View the date that an organisation was last visited. (including seeing this in Org list view).
- Set up an alert if an organisation goes past it's due date for it's next visit.
- When a F2F visit is marked done for that organisation, a new F2F visit is scheduled based on the pre-set frequency.
