Using Pipedrive for Account management

What helpful content is there on using Pipedrive as an account management tool? Specifically, I want to be able to:

  1. Set F2F Meeting frequencies on customers (e.g. every 4 weeks they are due for a visit).
  2. View the date that an organisation was last visited. (including seeing this in Org list view).
  3. Set up an alert if an organisation goes past it's due date for it's next visit.
  4. When a F2F visit is marked done for that organisation, a new F2F visit is scheduled based on the pre-set frequency.
