Have the deal icon in email list reflect the status of the deal

As shown in the screenshot above, the little deal icon doesn't show much at a glance to the status of the associated deal in the email list. It would be great if that little icon was clear as to what the status of the associated deal was. I'd propose an open deal would have a grey icon, a won deal would have a green icon, and a lost deal would have a red icon.
