Trying to automate a task - but struggling

I can't seem to get the hang of automations without starting with a template already in the system. I'd love someone to look at what I have and advise where I'm getting hung up.

I'm trying to create an action to automatically create a follow-up email when an existing customer is shipped a re-order. I want this to happen 30 days after the action of "Order Fulfilled" is marked as "done".

Some context: I have an "Existing Customers" pipeline that has stages based on how much time should pass between follow-ups. These "deals" don't really move through the stages, but rather stay in the stage that suits the approximate time that passes between re-orders.
