How can I automate a follow up thank you email after a specific event?
I have Intro meetings all the time. How can automate a follow up thank you email after those meetings occur? All those intro meetings contain the word "intro" within the calendar event.
I'd like to automate the thank you email follow up response with the person I met after the meeting is completed.

You can set up automation with the following definition:
- Trigger: Activity Updated
- Condition: Status has changed to done AND Subject/Type = Intro
- Action: Send email

Is there a way to automate a response when someone clicks on the URL link in the email. I would like to automatically thank people for visiting our landing page.

If you use Klaviyo and Make/Integromat or Zapier, sure.
Maybe it is possible with other email marketing tools as well.

You can do this easily using Relay.app (disclaimer: I work there). For example, using a Google Calendar Trigger and a Gmail - Send email action. This is a good starting point: https://www.relay.app/apps/google-calendar/integrations/gmail

How are you sending the email with the URL to be clicked? Would this be for 1-1 emails sent from inboxes, Pipedrive Campaigns or 3rd party email marketing tools?
Shameless (but relevant) plug: if the latter, then Outfunnel could help. If you're sending emails from tools like Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, HubSpot, and Brevo then Outfunnel can record an email click as an Activity or changing the contents of a field. These can in turn be triggers for an automated email from Pipedrive or any of the tools mentioned above.
