How can I automate a follow up thank you email after a specific event?

I have Intro meetings all the time. How can automate a follow up thank you email after those meetings occur? All those intro meetings contain the word "intro" within the calendar event.
I'd like to automate the thank you email follow up response with the person I met after the meeting is completed.
Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

You can set up automation with the following definition:
- Trigger: Activity Updated
- Condition: Status has changed to done AND Subject/Type = Intro
- Action: Send email
