Hi Guys,

I need your support to find the proper way when I create and assign task to some of my colleagues, to get feedback when the task is finishedm or even on daily basis to get report about assigned tasks to all employees and it's status.

    I faced a similar issue and found a solution. I used a project management tool to create and assign tasks. I set deadlines and received notifications when tasks were completed.

    I also implemented a daily check-in system and scheduled regular team meetings for updates and support. This improved productivity and collaboration.
