Why are email signatures missing in automation?

Pipedrive support are being a bit slow on this subject, but we have noticed that our email signatures are missing on email templates that are sent automatically as part of one of our workflows.

Any ideas how to fix this?

    Hi Michelle,

    You can add your mail signature by editing the template or if you can send a screenshot, I can be more helpful
