Hi,

How are people blocking spam emails getting into pipedrive?

We get a lot of spam emails to our systems so I'm trying to work out if any plugin can kill it. Otherwise we have to go up to the server level.

    Hi @Damian Scattergood

    If your external email provider is already identifying spam and adding it to a specific folder, then PD should not sync this folder by default. However, if you are looking for PD to identify spam emails, then we are not really identifying this from our side. We have an option to block certain domains for example, but this is useful only if you have a very specific spammer I guess and the feature is mostly used for other purposes.

    Would be also interested in hearing which workarounds people have found here.
