Using PipeDrive in Partner focused Organization
I have recently jumped in and am helping a company that has been in business for several years but focused on direct sales, pivot to indirect by using Partners and Referral Agents. They have Pipeline set up as a way to collect leads and monitor the sales process. I am looking into how to best use Pipedrive for Partners. Attribution of deals, reporting, are the biggies. Are there videos or tutorials that show me best practices around set up and running Partners on Pipedrive?ThanksTom
