Is there a way to identify duplicates with some extra requirements
I would like to know if there is a way to identify duplicates that have some extra requirements in some custom fields.
So let's say there is a list of 500 companies.
100 of them have a custom filled in with some data. This is the requirement. I only want to find the duplicates of the 400 companies that have the same company name as one of those 100.
Is this somehow possible?

In terms of finding duplicates, the merge duplicates option will only find information based on the duplication rules that can be found here: https://support.pipedrive.com/en/article/how-does-the-merge-duplicates-feature-identify-duplicates-in-pipedrive
From what you mentioned, I think maybe a filter would work here. You could apply a filter to find that information and then bulk delete the duplicated info. If deleting it is not an option for you, maybe our support team could help with an alternative.
