What are the best ways to create tailored reports in Pipedrive for specific sales metrics and KPIs? I need help in leveraging Pipedrive's reporting capabilities to create customized reports that showcase the specific sales metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) important to my business.

Hi Carol,

You can use the insights reporting system in pipedrive. If you want to use a separate reporting application https://www.cumul.io / i recommend you to check out the website. But I'm sure the reports in pipedrive will help you.

what KPIs are important for you?

We have developed app SalesGang to provide better reporting from Pipedrive. Some KPI are impossible to get from PD (changes in pipeline).
