Using the [Username] salutation

Hi,

I'm ready to send a marketing email, but my tests are not filling the field for [Username]. I also tried [Name] but to no avail.. Help ?

    I think you're having trouble with the receiver part. I guess if you choose the person's email instead of their name, the problem will be fixed.
