Hello All!
Does anyone know of a calling app that integrates with pipedrive that will allow my to use my own number as the caller id?

I use Vumber.com and I recommend it. I'm not exactly clear about your requirements, but Vumber solves mine, inexpensively.

I think it's more likely to depend on the telecoms regulation in your country. Some allow using your pre-existing number for caller-id, but it's far from easy to set up as they'll need evidence that it's your own number.
It's usually much easier to use a new VoIP number and simply redirect incoming calls from that number to your existing number.
