We need to get information from our clients on their upcoming Event details, what's the best way?

We are a DJ business and have a range of questions that we need to get feedback on from our clients before their event. What would be the best way to get this information and have it collated into a document and saved against their profile? We are currently using a Word document that they complete and send back, but we are thinking about the possibility of them completing a 'survey' that is far more user friendly. We would set up a automation email with a link to the survey, but wondering whether Pipedrive will link to a survey platform and relay the information in the completed survey back to the customer profile somehow?
