Bulk Edit Parent Organization

Hello!

I've been looking around but I haven't been able to find a way to bulk edit organizations from a "parent:child" perspective. Is this still not available? I'm new here, and the previous threads I've seen didn't have any recent updates, so I thought I'd ask. 

If this can be set during the data import process, I'm open to that as well. Thank you in advance for your help!
