So, what do we think of the Gmail addon?

I was just searching to see if there is any update on this addon. The current addon is not good. It isn't at all useful.

How would you like to see it improved?

I think the gmail add-on has the following shortcomings:

• It does not show linked leads
• It does not show linked projects
• It does not include custom fields
• there is no way to respond in gmail and get pipedrive's link and opening tracking
• there is no way to make the email public/private
• organization is not automatically inferred from email, neither is there a drop down with existing organizations when starting to type something -> either organization has to be later added in PD or there will be a duplicate organization
• slow to update when going from mail to mail
• when there s multiple people in an email, I have to first click on a person to get to the deal details

Would you pay a subscription to resolve those issues? $5, $10, $15?

Sure, if it saves us time. We are also using tools like Linkmatch.
