Collapse or Minimize Bulk edit screen

It is a nuisance to have the Bulk edit Pop up screen block a big portion of Pipeline Contact list.
It is hard to believe it's not something we can minimize or collapse so it's not in way of selecting who to send info or bulk edit. It seems to be a simple fix with just setting parameters for the pop up screen.
If you find the current pop up screen a nuisance please agree so this can be addressed ASAP!
