Pin organization information in Projects

In Projects, you can currently see details associated with a linked Deal but not a linked Organization. (In the fields editor, you cannot pin Organization fields to the Projects view like you can with some Deal fields.)
We use projects to track the post-sales process for new customers, so quick reference to organization information (in addition to leads/deals) is very useful, especially for custom fields.
